I was really happy with the entire session. Ericka asked me what I wanted to talk about beforehand. She clearly looked them over prior to our session and make sure we addressed all the topics I wanted to talk about. Hearing Ericka’s flow of her session was one of my biggest takeaways. Also, knowing that it’s OK if my session takes three hours. Being true to your own needs and not paying attention to what someone else is doing. Ericka made me think about things that I may not have to incorporate into my business to my service. The coaching experience was overall excellent.
